Returns and refunds

Smart Cell Trading (FZE) offers a 7-day return window. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return.

How to request a return

Call or message +971507882231 with your order number, purchase email, reason for return, and photos or video if the device is faulty. Our team will explain the return arrangements. Back up your device before returning it.

Return charges

No product-value deduction applies. For a change-of-mind return, an AED 30 delivery charge applies to UAE orders and an AED 150 charge applies to Saudi Arabia orders. For a defective device, no return-delivery charge applies.

Resolution and refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned device, eligible requests are resolved through repair, replacement or refund, as applicable. The process is completed within 10 days after we receive the device. Refunds are issued to the original card or account; your payment provider may require additional time to display the refund.

Warranty claims

Functional faults covered by our 6-month warranty can be reported through our Warranty Claim page. Accidental or physical damage is not covered. The 7-day return window does not replace your rights concerning defective goods.
