About Smart Cell

This online store is operated by Smart Cell Trading (FZE), trade licence SC242056501, at VL09-194 Block-C, SRTIP, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. These terms apply to purchases made through smartcelltrading.com.

Products and orders

We sell new and quality-checked pre-owned iPads. Please review the product description, condition, colour, storage, screen size and connectivity before placing your order. Pre-owned devices meet the condition and battery-health standards stated on their listings; they are not sold as new. Provide accurate contact and delivery information so we can process and deliver your order.

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in AED. Review your selected product, delivery charge and final total at checkout before paying. Payment is processed through the secure payment methods available at checkout. Do not send card details, passwords, PINs or one-time verification codes by email or WhatsApp.

Delivery

We deliver within the UAE and to Saudi Arabia. UAE delivery is free within 4 days. Saudi delivery is estimated at 7 days and costs AED 100 for orders up to and including AED 500, or AED 125 for orders above AED 500. Smart Cell Trading (FZE) covers applicable Saudi import duties and taxes; customers will not be asked to pay these separately to the courier. See our Shipping Policy for delivery details.

Returns, refunds and warranty

Our 7-day return policy applies, subject to the conditions in our Return and Refund Policy. Change-of-mind returns carry a delivery charge of AED 30 in the UAE or AED 150 for Saudi orders. Defective-device returns have no return-delivery charge. There is no product-value deduction. Repair, replacement or refund is completed within 10 days after we receive the returned device; refunds go to the original card or account.

Our 6-month functional warranty starts on delivery. Ordinary battery wear, accidental damage and physical damage are excluded. Read our Warranty Policy and Claim Form for coverage and the claim process. These policies do not limit any rights customers have under applicable consumer-protection law.
